Partnership Agreement

By registering at this web site as a partner you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement:

1. All affiliate accruals or payments are made in WMZ.

2. A minimum amount to be withdrawn as affiliate commission is 5 WMZ.

3. Partner bonus is 0.05 WMZ-cent for every referred unique visitor that used Saratovsky Monitoring.

4. The visitor is not unique (our system does not count its visit) if:

• in the last 24 hours his IP-address was used to go to our web site by following a partner link;
• his browser does not supply parameter «referer» (a page address from which referral was made);
• he did not make any transfer inside our web site;
• he was referred to Saratovsky Monitoring exclusively for free bonus.

5. Partners are not allowed to follow their own affiliate links or ask other users to do it or apply any other type of artificial transfers.

6. Any page with information about our monitor will clearly explain our services. Ads will not contain any mention of free bonuses at our web site.

7. It is prohibited to place affiliate links in or at:

• active ad systems (AAS) or systems for paid views of advertising letters;
• web sites using AAS services or services of paid views of advertising letters;
• any other systems paying for web site views;
• unsolicited email or SPAM;
• web resources opening browser windows without user consent or opening sites in hidden frames;
• web sites promoting any material that directly or indirectly violates Russian legislation;
• web sites publishing lists of sites with free bonuses;
• web pages closed for public view by authorization (different social networks, closed parts of forums, etc).

Web sites that violate one or several of the above-mentioned rules will be blacklisted. There will be no payment for visitors coming from such resources.

8. In case of non-compliance a violator account will be blocked and his accrued commission will go to the Base Nature Control Fund.

9. Partner is fully responsible for security of his account access data (login and password).

10. These terms might change unilaterally without notice to the program participants, but with obligatory publication of changes on this page.
