WebMoney is an online payment system and electronic business area. To become a member of WebMoney you need to install special software on your desktop PC, pocket PC or mobile phone, then sign up to get WMID – a unique user number. Sign-up procedure includes entering some personal data and its verification via WM Verification Center. Every user has WM Passport – a digital certificate made on the basis of personal details provided. Fees: add money to the system – 0%; transactions within the system – 0.8% (0,01WM minimum); withdraw money from the system – according to fees of agents.
