Belarusbank is the largest banking institution of Belorussia, a successor of Sberbank of the USSR, and then of Sberbank of the Republic of Belarus. Faster Payments System (SBP) is a service by the Bank of Russia allowing to transfer funds by a recipient's phone number even if the parties to the transfer have accounts in different banking institutions.
