Add e-Currency Exchanger

Saratovsky Monitoring invites honest and reputable e-money exchangers to work together! If you want to add your e-currency exchange office to our rating, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

• your e-currency exchanger is very active for more than 12 months;
• there is an exchange rate file export in XML format according to Estandards;
• affiliate or referral program is offered;
• your e-money exchanger web site has good design;
• the total reserve of exchanged currencies exceeds 3000 USD (or its equivalent in other currency).

In case your e-currency exchanger operates WebMoney, then additionally it is required that:

• it achieved the business level (BL) of more than 50;
• you possess a WebMoney Personal Passport for more than 6 months.
