Faster Payments System (SBP) is a service by the Bank of Russia allowing to transfer funds by a recipient's phone number even if the parties to the transfer have accounts in different banking institutions. In addition, the SBP offers instant payments around the clock for work, goods, or services using QR codes or other instruments.
